What kinds of tasks can't you do?
We don't do work that needs a licensed professional to sign off — like audited financials, legal opinions or engineering certificates. We can prepare drafts and research for your professionals to review. If a task isn't a good fit, we'll tell you upfront.
Is it just AI, or does a person check it?
A person checks every delivery. AI does the heavy lifting quickly; we verify facts and figures, fix errors, and make sure it matches your brief and tone before it reaches you.
How do I send files and information?
By email, WhatsApp, or a shared Google Drive or OneDrive folder. For sensitive files, we'll set up a private shared folder just for you.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. We use business-grade AI accounts that don't use your data to train AI models, only keep files for as long as the task needs, handle everything in line with POPIA, and are happy to sign an NDA.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every task includes at least one round of changes. If we still can't deliver what we agreed in the quote, you don't pay for that task.
Who owns the work you deliver?
You do. Once paid, everything we deliver is yours to use, edit and share as you like.
